The Three Bite Rule

It can be helpful to remind yourself that no food is off-limits—remember the three bite rule: three bites of anything is not going to ruin your diet. If you make a mindful decision to indulge, enjoy three bites slowly, savor the flavors and experience, and then move on. The first three bites are always the best anyway!
