-
Yes, I will give you a meal plan blueprint with guidelines for meals and snacks. I will also provide specific examples of meal plan ideas, food products, and recipes that work within the recommendations.
-

-
I do not work directly with insurance companies, but I can provide you with a detailed receipt with a diagnosis code that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
-
Because every clients’ goals are different, there is no simple way to measure success. However, I am extremely confident that if you follow my recommendations, you will be successful in your weight loss and health goals.

I usually recommend clients focus on diet first and take exercise out of their weight loss equation. Once in a healthy diet routine, it can be beneficial to add in or increase exercise. I recommend focusing on low intensity exercise like walking, yoga, and pilates (check out Core Value Pilates live virtual and on demand mat classes). I also think working with a trainer can be very helpful. (Matterhorn Fit has a great reputation.) Most importantly, choose exercise you enjoy and can stick with consistently.

An RD or an RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) has obtained a degree from an accredited college, completed 1,600 hours of supervised practice, passed a nationally recognized board exam, and completed continuing professional educational requirements to maintain registration. Most states will only issue licenses to Registered Dietitians.
In the United States, the title “nutritionist” may encompass individuals with a broad range of credentials and training in nutrition. In some states, anyone with an interest in diet or nutrition may call themselves a nutritionist, so people should check that a nutritionist practitioner has adequate training for their needs before signing up for their services.
