Quick Baked Salmon

INGREDIENTS

Salmon filets

Olive or avocado oil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425F.

Coat Salmon in oil and place in baking dish skin side down.

Sprinkle with spices and bake for 6-8 mins until internal temp reaches 145F. (Avoid over-cooking or salmon will be dry.)
