High-Protein, High-Fiber, Single Serve Protein Cookie

Gluten free, egg free, dairy free, single serving protein cookie with 28g protein, 13g fiber, and 13g net carbs.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup almond flour

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (or regular unsweetened peanut butter)

2 tsp pure maple syrup

1 tbsp basil seeds

2 tbsp unflavored or vanilla protein powder

1 tsp mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat over to 350F.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Add batter to baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 mins.

Let cool completely and enjoy!
