Banana Pumpkin Protein Bread (No Added Sugar, Kid Approved)
INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup olive oil
2 scoops protein powder (I used one scoop banana flavor and one scoop unflavored. Vanilla flavor would work too.)
2 tbsp pumpkin spice powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp psyllium husk powderDIRECTIONS
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Add dry ingredients and combine.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30-40 minute (until a toothpick comes out clean).
Store leftover bread in the fridge.
