2-Ingredient Wraps

You have to try these 2-ingredient wraps! Finally, a clean, low-carb wrap option that doesn’t contain all kinds of weird ingredients. These are simple to make, high protein, gluten free, and dairy free. Check out a video of the recipe here.

INGREDIENTS

Large handful of baby spinach (about 2 cups)

3 eggs

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine spinach and eggs in food processor or blender with salt and pepper and blend well. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spread into a thin layer, and bake for 15-18 minutes (until edges start to turn slightly light brown). Let cool and cup into any size pieces.

*Note: I stored my extra wraps between paper towels in the fridge, and they lasted two days.
