Low Carb Potato Hack

Roasted radishes (3g net carbs) as a low carb substitute for roasted potatoes (16g net carbs)!? Try it!

INGREDIENTS

2-3 bunches fresh radishes

Olive oil (I used the spray)

Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

Slice radishes in half, spray with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast at 425F for 20 minutes.

Serving size 1 cup: 60 calories, 5g fat, 5g carbohydrate, 2g fiber, 1g protein
