6-Ingredient Protein Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops (approximately 65 grams) vanilla protein Powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Line mini muffin tin with baking cups or non-stick spray. Mix dry ingredients together. Add peanut butter and applesauce and combine. Stir in chocolate chips and divide batter among 24 muffin cups. Bake for 12-18 mins until toothpick comes out mostly clean.
