Healthy Swap Alert! The first ingredient in regular mayo is soybean oil, a highly processed, inflammatory (key word) oil that increases hunger, decreases energy, and leads to long-term disease (diabetes, obesity, auto-immune disorders). It’s best to avoid soybean oil and other seed oils as much as possible.

Avocado mayo contains simple whole food ingredients, including avocado oil, eggs, and vinegar — and is my go-to for any mayo or spread needs.
