Baked Haddock (My Son’s Favorite)

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs haddock (patted dry)

1 cup plain bread crumbs

6 tbsp salted butter

Salt & pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Use 1 tbsp of butter to coat the bottom of your baking dish.

  3. Combine breadcrumbs with 5 tbsp butter melted.

  4. Salt and pepper your fish and lay in buttered baking dish.

  5. Spread bread crumbs evenly over the top of the fish. Do your best to cover fish completely.

  6. Bake for 15-20 mins until fish reaches 145F.

  7. Serve with fresh lemon if desired.
