Triple Chocolate Protein Muffins

If you’re looking for a delicious chocolate treat that supports weight loss, here it is.🍫 Use these muffins as a snack or a post-meal treat. They check all the boxes:

✅Protein + fiber to help keep blood sugar and hunger hormones stable

✅Low carb to support fat metabolism and weight loss

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract

1 can pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder (I used @bewellbykelly)

1 package @simplemills chocolate muffin & cake mix

12 tsp mini chocolate chips (I used @enjoylife)

STEPS

✔️Preheat oven to 350F.

✔️Stir together eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, and protein powder. Add in muffin mix and combine well.

✔️Divide batter into 12 muffin cups or a greased muffin tin.

✔️Top each muffin with a teaspoon of mini chocolate chips.

✔️Bake at 350F for about 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

MACROS: 7g protein, 16g net carbs, 4g fiber, 8g fat, 176 calories
