Collagen Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-8 oz of your favorite milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)

  • 1-2 oz dark chocolate or 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop collagen powder (I used Vital Proteins)

  • Splash of half & half

  • Optional:

    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    • dash of cinnamon

    • sprinkle of sea salt

    • drop of mint oil

    • monk fruit sweetener to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat milk in microwave until hot but not boiling (about 60-90 seconds).

  2. Stir in chocolate followed by collagen powder. Add a splash of half & half and any additional optional ingredients. Stir with a whisk or milk frother and enjoy.
